For facilitators

Host a workshop.

Bring philanthropic strategy to your team, conference, or community.

What is a Workshop?

A facilitated group experience designed for 15 to 50 participants. Teams of 4–8 players each run their own philanthropic foundation, making high-stakes resource allocation decisions across six rounds of escalating crises. Real-time competition with rich discussion baked in.

Sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours and are designed to surface genuine strategic tensions — the kind philanthropic leaders face every day.

How a workshop runs

1.

Plan with us

We help you scope the session (audience, duration, learning objectives) and confirm logistics.

2.

On the day

Participants join on their own devices via a short code. You drive pacing from the facilitator dashboard.

3.

The game runs

Teams play through six crises in real time. The room watches the leaderboard fill in as decisions land.

4.

Debrief

A guided discussion connects the in-game tensions to the real choices philanthropic organizations face.
